What You Will Learn

THE PROCESS

1) The Assessment

We are going “under the hood” and will consider ALL aspects of your business.

First, we have you complete the DP Discovery Document that provides us with key information around all aspects of your business, and where you want it to go. We learn about your Goals, Brand, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and of course, Sales.

2) The Review

Sales strategy and practices do not exist in a vacuum, but must be integrated into, and work cohesively with all aspects of your business.

Next is the DP Deep Dive to look at SALES in relation to, and context with all the other components of your business.

3) The DP Deliverables

You will get the tools and strategies and learn how to use them with confidence. You’ll be able to utilize your new knowledge to move your business forward.

During this session, we review strategy, make recommendations, and provide deliverables that include details about Sales Strategy, Talking Points, Overcoming Objections, Nurturing Cadences, and Referral Program recommendations.

4) The Follow-Up

We are invested in you and your business and want to ensure you are on track. We cannot wait for this follow up so we can celebrate your confidence and success.

Two weeks after DP Deliverables we will do a follow up. We want to know everything. How’s the implementation thus far? Do you have any questions for us? How can we help?
